Just played River Run today. A nice track with challenging greens. Course was in pretty good shape. They had been working on some repairs so new grass, etc coming in but overall a great golf course. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious! Highly recommend this course and club!

We had our wedding here last fall and everything was PERFECT. Every detail of the venue and what was offered came together so beautifully. The ballroom, the food, the landscape was everything we had hoped for. We couldn't have done it without the help of DeAnne - she is amazing to work with! So helpful in answering all of our questions and helping to make our dream day come true. Don't miss out on the perfect wedding venue!

The venue's winter wonderland decor far exceeded my expectations. I gave a 4 because the carpet was dirty with many visible food stains.

The club itself is nice. Restaurant is above average for country clubs. Pool is great. BUT, the charges are exorbitant. We had a large “assessment” added to our bill of $2000 and tried to cancel membership to avoid the bill but were told it was too late to cancel. Thus, we have an extra $2000 to club that we weren’t expecting. I did cancel membership but am still getting new charges 6 months after cancelling for “club improvements.” Beware: you will pay much more than you expect for membership. You will end up paying about $400 for each time you play golf!!!

Gorgeous setting. Unmatched in the Lake Norman Area. We took our buyers to the community and are under contract on a home. We enjoyed a great meal.

As a business owner with LK Productions Entertainment, we help engaged couples find venues for their wedding ceremony and reception. We recently had the opportunity to work at River Run Country Club in Davidson NC. We worked with the Event Coordinator Dee Frazier. She and her team were all extremely professional and made sure our couples were very well taken care of. She was prompt and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Dee and River Run Country Club to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Awesome team of professionals, a great location, and a very nice facility. ~Lorenzo King

Grandson's Wedding was booked at River Run Country Club and it was Fantastic! All the amenities for a perfect Wedding and Reception that followed. Staff was phenomenal!!

Fantastic venue to host a wedding. We had a small wedding of ~50 guests and the club did a fantastic job. All of our guests commented on the fantastic food and the beautiful grounds. Both families were also impressed which is a hard feat for any wedding. DeAnne, the venue coordinator, was there from start to finish along side our wedding coordinator and everything went flawlessly.
